NOTE THAT THIS SECTION CAN ONLY BE ACCESSED BY SUPERVISORS, PROJECT CO-ORDINATORS AND ADMINS.

  • Equipment can be used to manage equipment used within your organization and track equipment deployed at job sites.

How to add a new catagory

  • Step 1: Click on the ADD NEW CATAGORY button.

  • Step 2: Enter the equipment catagory NAME and DESCRIPTION.

  • Step 3: Click on NEXT.

How to add a new equipment item

  • Step 1: Click on the EQUIPMENT CATAGORY.

  • Step 2: Click on the ADD NEW ITEM.

  • Step 3: Enter the BRAND NAME, MODEL and SERIAL NUMBER.

How to create an equipment statuses report

  • Step 1: Got to the EQUIPMENT TAB.

  • Step 2: Select DOWNLOAD STATUSES REPORT.

Note

The statuses report displays each item's details and the current job site it has been deployed in.
