Get started with Restorize¶
NOTE
This is a step by step guide on setting up and running Restorize at your restorations business.
Register your organization¶

Step 1: Select CREATE NEW ACCOUNT or REGISTER HERE.

Step 2: Enter the USER NAME, ORGANIZATION NAME, EMAIL and PASSWORD.

Step 3: Select CREATE ACCOUNT.

Download Mobile App¶
How to get the Restorize mobile app on the App Store on your iOS device.¶
Step 1: Go to the APP STORE
Step 2: Search RESTORIZE
Step 3: Select download.
How to get the Restorize mobile app on the Google Play Store on your Android device.¶
Step 1: Go to the GOOGLE PLAY STORE
Step 2: Search RESTORIZE
Step 3: Select download.

Add users¶

Step 1: Select USERS under ADMINISTRATION.

Step 2: Select ADD NEW USER and enter the details required.

Step 3: Select the role of the user from ADMIN, PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR and TECHNICIAN. Note that the level of access to certain features and settings may vary based on the type of role.

Step 4: This will email the new users a link to their account.

Step 5: New users are required to click on the link and create a password.

Add letterheads¶

Step 1: Go to ADMINISTRATION.

Step 2: Select LETTERHEADS.

Step 3: Select ADD NEW LETTERHEAD.

Step 4: Type the name of the leterhead.

Step 5: Select ADD HEADER IMAGE FILE to add the header.

Step 6: Select ADD FOOTER IMAGE FILE to add the footer.

Step 7: If you would like this letterhead to be the default letterhead, select the SET AS DEFAULT LETTERHEAD toggle.

Step 8: Select upload file.

Add clients¶

Step 1: Select CLIENTS on the side bar panel.

Step 2: Select ADD NEW CLIENT.

Step 3: Enter the company details and contact details required.

Add equipment¶

Step 1: Click on the EQUIPMENT CATAGORY.

Step 2: Click on the ADD NEW ITEM.

Step 3: Enter the BRAND NAME, MODEL and SERIAL/REFERENCE NUMBER.

Create jobs¶

Step 1: Select JOBS on the side panel.

Step 2: Select ADD NEW JOB.

Step 3: Select the client and contact under the drop down menu under CLIENT and CONTACT respectively.

Step 4: Select the JOB TYPE and enter the JOB DESCRIPTION. The JOB TYPE has predetermined options but you may type a custom project type as well.

Step 5: Enter the CLAIM NUMBER and WORK ORDER NUMBER, which maybe unique to the client.

Step 6: Enter the SITE/PROPERTY DETAILS as required. Note that the number and email are optional.

Step 7: Assign a PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR and SUPERVISOR. Note that this is optional and can later be added inside the project.
