How to add equipment to a site¶

Step 1: Select a date from the site visit dates located on the left.

Step 2: Select the room you would like to add equipment to.

Step 3: Select the PLUS ICON on the bottom right.

Step 4: Select the type of equipment (Catagory) you would like to add to the room.

Step 5: Select the time of adding the equipment.

Step 6: Select the equipment ID or referrence number of the piece of equipment you would like to add.
How to add equipment to a site using QR codes¶

Step 1: Select a date from the site visit dates located on the left.

Step 2: Select the room you would like to add equipment to.

Step 3: Scan the QR code of the equipment item you would like to add.
How to remove equipment from a site¶

Step 1: Create a new site visit or select an existing site visit if the equipment was picked up in the past.

Step 2: Select the room you would like to remove the equipment from.

Step 3: Select the REMOVE button on the equipment you would like to remove from the site.

Step 4: Select the time of removing the equipment.

Step 5: Select CONFIRM.
How to delete equipment if added by mistake¶
- Select the TRASH icon to delete it if it was added by mistake.
