How to create forms

Access Control

NOTE THAT THIS SECTION CAN ONLY BE ACCESSED BY SUPERVISORS, PROJECT CO-ORDINATORS AND ADMINS.

  • Step 1: Go to ADMINISTRATION on the side panel.

  • Step 2: Go to FORM TEMPLATES.

  • Step 3: Select CREATE NEW FORM TEMPLATE.

  • Step 4: Use the FORM BUILDER to create your custom forms.

How to group forms

NOTE THAT THIS SECTION CAN ONLY BE ACCESSED BY PROJECT CO-ORDINATORS AND ADMINS.

  • Step 1: Create a form under FORM BUILDER as stated in the previous section.

  • Step 2: Select the group or create a new group you would like to save the form under.

How to edit forms

  • Step 1: Select the PENCIL icon to edit a form.

  • Step 2: Select SAVE TEMPLATE to save the edited form.

How to add forms to a job

Access Control

NOTE THAT THIS SECTION CAN BE ACCESSED BY PROJECT CO-ORDINATORS, ADMINS AND TECHNICIANS.

  • Step 1: Go to the FORMS tab on a job.

  • Step 2: Select ADD FORM.

  • Step 3: Select the group you would like to add a form from.

  • Step 4: Select the form you would like to add.

  • Step 5: Select the ADD FORM button.
