NOTE THAT THIS SECTION CAN ONLY BE ACCESSED BY SUPERVISORS, PROJECT CO-ORDINATORS, AND ADMINS WHO HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED TO A TASK.

How to view the Key Performance Indicators of each job

  • Step 1: Go to JOB OVERVIEW

  • Step 2: View the KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS on the job overview card.

How to record Key Performance Indicators

  • JOB CREATION: Recorded when a job is created.

  • PROPERTY OWNER CONTACTED: Select the date and time.

  • TIME OF ATTENDANCE: Recorded when the technician adds the time of attendance on the timesheet.

  • REPORT SUBMITTED: Recorded when the initial attendance report is generated.

  • JOB COMPLETED: Recorded when job is moved to the "COMPLETED" status.

How to edit Key Performance Indicators

  • Step 1: Go to JOB OVERVIEW

  • Step 2: View the KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS on the job overview card.

  • Step 3: Select the KPI you would like to edit.

  • Step 2: Select the three dots against the time stamp to edit or delete the KPI.
