Scheduling Tasks¶

NOTE THAT THIS SECTION CAN ONLY BE ACCESSED BY SUPERVISORS, PROJECT CO-ORDINATORS, ADMINS AND TECHNICIANS WHO HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED TO A TASK.
How to schedule tasks¶

Step 1: Select SCHEDULE NEW TASK.

Step 2: Enter the task name.

Step 3: Enter the description of the task.

Step 4: Select a date and time in the CALENDAR INTERFACE provided. You may select the date and type the time in the FROM and TO boxes, or use the WHEEL by selecting the CLOCK icon.

Step 5: Select a Technician who is available. A list of technicians who are available will be displayed on the card at the date and time you have selected.

Step 6: Select CREATE TASK and it will be added to the calendar of the technician the task was allocated to.
NOTE
The site/property details and client name wil be displayed to the technician automatically on thier individual calendar.

A list of tasks will be diplayed on the card. You may EDIT THE TASK by clicking on the task.

To DELETE A TASK, you may select the TRASH ICON.

You may view the the tasks that have passed by selecting the TOGGLE.
